Deadlines:

• December 1, 2025 - Submission of the short abstract opens
• February 27, 2026 - Deadline to submit two-page extended abstracts
• March 1, 2026 - Registration opens
• April 1, 2026 - Acceptance notification for oral presentation and inclusion of two-page paper in the proceedings
• April 15, 2026 - Payment deadline early bird rate
• XXX 2026 - Payment deadline to participate

Once ready, submit the two-page abstract in PDF format as follows:
